  • Newsletter Subscriptions: If you opt to subscribe to our daily briefings, we collect and store your email address.
  • Portfolio and Watchlist Preferences: User accounts, portfolio transactions, and watchlist allocations are stored securely to customize your personalized dashboard view.
  • Technical Usage Data: We collect aggregated, anonymized analytical logs (via Next.js speed insights) to optimize page loading speeds and system stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:

  • To compile, personalize, and distribute the daily market briefings.
  • To store, display, and calculate profit/loss metrics for your portfolio tab.
  • To maintain system performance, diagnose server failures, and prevent API abuse.

3. Third-Party Service Integrations

Your data is processed and stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure:

  • Supabase: For relational data storage (watchlist and subscriptions).
  • Upstash Redis: For high-speed temporary caching of scraped indices and rates.
  • Nodemailer / Gmail SMTP: For delivering individual, tokenized newsletter emails.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address or portfolio information with external marketing agencies or unauthorized third parties.

4. Data Security and Tokenization

We implement structural security controls to protect your subscription information. Every newsletter dispatch includes a personalized, cryptographic, token-verified URL (`sha256` HMAC-signed) unique to your email address. This ensures that only you can modify your active subscription status, preventing spam unsubscribes or malicious changes.

5. Data Deletion and Unsubscribe Rights

You retain full control over your personal data:

  • Instant Unsubscribe: You can opt out of all future newsletters instantly by clicking the unsubscribe link in any briefing footer.
  • Account Deactivation: You may contact our systems administrator to purge your watchlist, portfolio transactions, or email subscription records from the database.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services or security practices. Significant changes will be announced on the dashboard interface.
